Conveyor Trusses
Our Model 14 and Model 20 trusses are designed for clear spans up to 60 feet in length and have standard widths to 10 feet. Our bolt on handrail allows for service platforms to be placed anywher on the truss for easy access both by construction and maintenace personnel.
Our Model 47 and Model 60 trusses are designed for clear spans up to 175 feet in length and have standard widths to 12 feet. Our open style truss allows for easy installation of conveyors. In addition, shim plates may be used to allow for adjustable camber.
Walk through box trusses are designed for clear spans over 200 feet in length and have standard widths to 14 feet.The trusses can be built either to welded or bolted specifications. Our design allows multiple conveyors to be supported both on top of as well as the bottom of the truss.
Support Towers
Our catwalk support towers are designed to support any truss weight and span combination and may be custom built to any size or specification. Access bracing allows for several trusses to be used at multiple elevations. Our 4 column support towers may be engineered to any height, seismic zone and wind speed. Two-column H-Frame towers can be used when space is limited on the job site.
Bucket elevator towers may also be engineered to any height, seismic zone and wind speed. They are available with switchback stairs, wrap around stairs, or ladder and cage systems. Interior or exterior service platforms allow for access at any elevation. Bucket elevator legs, distributors, bulk weighers, screeners, and cleaners can be mounted within or outside of the towers. In addition, access bracing can be added to accommodate spouting, catwalks and reclaim conveyors.
Piperack Systems
Piperack systems have standard widths to 12 feet. However, custom widths are available upon request. Systems are fabricated in 40 foot welded sections and are designed to support any load and span combination. Bent support structures may be built to customer specifications. The quick assembly of our piperack systems on the job site allows our customers to enjoy the benefit of low installation costs.
Stair Systems
- Designed to meet current OSHA or IBC specifications
- Customized to meet any rise/run requirements
- Switchback or wrap around design
- Standard stair widths range from 24” to 48” wide (custom widths available upon request)
- Grip Strut, Bar Grate, Expanded Metal, & Diamond Plate tread surfaces (others available upon request)
- Handrails are available in either Square Tube or Round Pipe
- Stair towers are available in 2 or 4 column design
