Responsibilities

  • Have a clear understanding of al Warrior products (in order to properly quote equipment to best meet customer needs).
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain all information necessary to provide a quote to them.
  • Review information and drawings provided by customers in their requests for quotes and ensure you have all necessary details to properly provide them with an accurate quote.
  • Prepare, review, evaluate and complete quotes timely.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's (4-year) Degree in Business or Mechanical Drafting.
    • Two or more years' experience in estimating.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
    • Strong understanding of processes.
    • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
    • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.

        • Warrior pays 100% of employee's premiums.
        • Warrior pays 100% of dependents' life insurance premium (not eligible for STD, LTD & ADD).
      • Voluntary Life Insurance with Accidental Death & Dismemberment
        • Current provider is Lincoln Financial Group.
        • Reasonable rates for employee and dependent coverage paid for 100% by employee (employee must be enrolled to include dependent coverage).
      • Flexible Spending Account (non-taxable payroll deductions for Health Care and Dependent Care).
      • Health Savings Account (non-taxable payroll deductions when enrolled in Warrior's qualifying plan).
    • The first of the quarter after 6 months of employment (if age 21 or older), FT employees are eligible to enroll in Warrior's 401(k) retirement plan.

      • Automatic enrollment at 3% (before tax) contributions with the option to opt out or change contribution type or amount

    Wages

    • $55,000 per year
      • Pay is based on experience.
